Ask your recipients to whitelist DoNotReply@isitmonitored.com or mark the emails as "Not Spam" in their inbox.
A FAILED status means the recipient did not click the verification link within the allowed Compliance Check Duration. First, verify the email address is correct inside the Mailbox Configuration. Second, ask them to check their spam/junk folders. If necessary, you can re-run the test manually using the "Run Test" button on your dashboard.
If you or your tenants are not receiving our automated emails, you may need to whitelist our domain. Ask your IT Administrator to whitelist emails from the sending domain: isitmonitored.com and sender address DoNotReply@isitmonitored.com. We recommend bypassing spam filtering for this domain on Microsoft Exchange or Google Workspace.
